The poster featured herein, shows a beautiful portrait of Srinathji with Krishna and Sudama on either side. Srinathji or Krishna is shown in all his splendor, holding aloft the Govardhan Giri (mountain) with the little finger of his left hand. The idol of Srinathji is widely worshipped by people of Gujarat and Rajasthan.
The image of Srinathji is flanked on either side by images of Lord Krishna and his friend and one of his foremost devotees, Sudama. Sudama was very poor and could barely make ends meet to support his family. One day, on his wife's behest, Sudama goes to Krishna's palace in the hope that he would get some money to tide over his financial crisis.
All Sudama takes for him is a little bundle of puffed rice, packed in a piece of cloth. Seeing his favorite food item, Krishna eats up two handfuls and gives Sudama the money that he needs. Getting back home, Sudama is stunned to see his house converted into a palatial residence. He and his family are blessed with prosperity and happiness for that gift of puffed rice he gave to Krishna.
