Krishna is one of the most adored figures in Indian religion and mythology. Krishna's life is filled with several stories of 'leelas' or miracles during all stages of His life, right from childhood. As a youngster, Krishna would often get into trouble for teasing the village womenfolk, breaking their earthen pots, hiding their apparel while they went bathing and stealing their butter and curd. These stories have been greatly loved by one and all through many generations of Hindus. Even today, songs, dances and sculptures in India deal in detail with many leelas of Lord Krishna.
This poster on Krishna Leela depicts little Krishna in various moods. Three of the six pictures show Baby Krishna quietly inspecting the pot filled with butter, dropping it to the ground and happily eating handfuls of it. The other three depict young Krishna lovingly fondling a calf, holding His musical instrument, the flute and then playing it.
