Hathor, who is the wife of Orisis and the mother of the powerful Egyptian God, Horus. The powerful Goddess is revered as a protective and nurturing force.

Sometimes, Hathor is referred to as the ‘She With Two Faces’, but the meaning of this is not really clear to historians yet. One interesting fact is that Hathor was known not only as a protective force, but also one who also was a Goddess of Love, Beauty and Music. In Egyptian mythology, she is also sometimes referred to as Isis, the Goddess of Magic and Life. Originally, Isis was portrayed as one wearing a sheath dress and a hieroglyphic symbol of the throne on her head, thereby symbolizing her position as a Queen. She is hailed as the most powerful Egyptian Queen and the essence of woman power.
