My ordered item has reached me in a damaged condition. What should I do?
Though we take the greatest care in packing our items, we do realize the possibility of damages to the items you purchase, in transit. In case the product reaches you damaged, we offer you a full refund. However, the buyer is required to provide us with complete details of the damage involved and a digitized image of the damaged items for us to be able to process your refund claim. Intimation of damaged or defective items needs to be made within one week of delivery of the package containting the damaged/defective items. Please get in touch with by clicking here.
I cannot track my order online. Where is my order?
In case you have chosen free shipping for your order, as mentioned in our dispatch email to you, shippers often do not update online tracking information for packages - in such cases one is unable to track the package online. If your order is to go to the United States of America, please note that USPS (which handles the package once it reaches United States) does not offer tracking of registered air mail packages coming in from India. In case of registered air mail packages, tracking information is usually updated only after 3 to 4 days of dispatch. Also, please note that registered air mail packages take about 20 days for delivery. For more details, please read our shipping policy.
When will I receive my ordered item?
After you have placed your order, the package is usually shipped out within 24 to 48 hours. If the destination is within India, it usually takes between 3 to 7 days for delivery, based on where the order has been placed from. If the destination is outside India, it usually takes around 20 days by registered air mail (free shipping mode), around 2 to 3 days when shipping by extra-priority mode (DHL) and around 10 days when shipping by EMS Speed Post, based on your choice of shipping carrier at the time of placing the order.
